KGK has been active in Catalunya since the beginning of the 1990’s and focuses on real estate investment, development and asset management. Amongst the company’s assets, in addition to the Sant Pere de Ribes project, KGK is owner of an emblematic office building in the Rambla de Canaletes, adjacent to Plaça Catalunya, in the centre of Barcelona.
