KGK Fastigheter, the real estate division, carries out the development and management of the group’s real estate assets (almost 150,000 m² of offices, industrial and retail units), and is active in the areas surrounding the cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö in Sweden; Helsinki in Finland, Tallinn in Estonia and Barcelona in Spain.
